Dr. Zahller has published in Behavioral Research in Accounting, the Journal of Accounting Education, the IMA Educational Case Journal, Strategic Finance, and Advances in Accounting Behavioral Research. She is interested in how and why individuals make decisions based on perceptions and trust and how non-financial performance and reporting affect corporate reputation and financial performance. Her hobbies include horseback riding, dogs, reading, music, fiber arts, and gardening.
Dr. Zahller serves as the Campus Advocate for the Institute of Management Accountants and is also the faculty advisor for the Student Chapter of the IMA/Appalachian Accountants Club on campus. She is a member of the American Accounting Association and the Institute of Management Accountants.
