Mrs. Woods is a full-time lecturer at Appalachian State University. Mrs. Woods received the 2008 Award of Excellence from the Walker College of Business for her contributions as a non-tenure track faculty member. Her research has been published in Internal Auditing and her research interests include governmental and nonprofit accounting and financial reporting issues.
